HR Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities

As the Human Resources Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Administer employee policies
  • Advise and support management on employee relations issues
  • Support teammates with questions on benefits, policies and payroll
  • Lead recruiting efforts to find quality, qualified candidates
  • Review hours worked and import for payroll processing
  • Process payroll for 100+ employees each week
  • Responsible for FMLA tracking
Qualifications for the position include:
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Safety & quality orientated
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail with focus on accuracy
  • Punctual, self-starter, and self-motivated work ethic with a passion that is contagious
  • Demonstrated positive attitude, optimistic, and full of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – must be able to effectively communicate via telephone and in person with customers, suppliers, visitors and teammates
  • Willingness to set high expectations and commitment to achieving them
Preferred qualifications include:
  • Payroll and Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Knowledge of SAP Payroll
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills
