Primary Responsibilities:

• Drive Inside Sales Growth – Proactively call, solicit, and close sales (not just customer service).
• Manage Sales Accounts – Develop relationships and drive repeat business.
• Product Knowledge Expertise – Understand and sell the company’s unique metals supply solutions.
• Meet and Exceed Sales Targets – Generate high sales volume with strategic outreach.

Qualifications:

• Metal Service Center Experience – Prior experience in metals sales is preferred.
• Proven Sales Success – Experience selling metal products with a track record of strong sales performance.
• Competitive Volume Experience – Can compete with top sellers in a company.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $40K – $70K (dependent on experience)
• Uncapped Commission: Based on tons of products sold
