Position: Estimator – Commercial
Location: Columbus, OH

Key Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience with commercial projects.

• Strong understanding of current market and unit pricing.

• Proven ability to lead and complete entire project estimates.

• Skilled in researching specified materials and identifying alternatives when necessary.

• Experience in developing value engineering ideas and associated costs.

• Ability to create preliminary preconstruction schedules.

• Comprehensive knowledge of project staffing and general condition requirements.

• Strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

• Proficient in on-screen takeoff processes.

• Skilled in setting up subcontractor bid lists and following up on bids.

• Experience in analyzing bids and scopes.

• Ability to prepare and professionally present cost information to clients.

• Competent in reviewing and refining team estimates.
