Customer Success Representative

Our client is a leading e-commerce packaging supplier, that is growing their sales team due to consistent double digit CAGR.

The Customer Success Representative will report into the Director of Sales– E-Fulfillment and will be assigned to support Business Development Managers. This position will serve as a key member of the sales team. The primary mission of this position is to aid in supporting the account through engagement with key members of the corporate procurement team along with procurement operations. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring supplier scorecard goals are achieved, driving launch schedules for systems installs, and providing print campaign support globally for WAT. This role will be the key liaison internally between sales and supply chain, as well and will require a strong supply chain background for success.

  • Promotional opportunities to high-level business development/sales roles in the future.
  • Opportunity to work with top-tier, enterprise accounts like Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Amazon, etc.
  • Base salary target range in the 75-90k range, + bonus opportunities up to 30% with additional kickers.
  • 10% travel (3-4 days per month).

Ideal candidates will be based in the Northeast (NJ/NY/CT/MA) or West (CA).
