HIGHLIGHTS (Why you should be interested):
- The environmental remediation industry has become overrun with private equity-owned companies that neither treat their employees nor customers right. This firm is different – they are privately owned, have never had a lay off, and are a valued partner to their clients (as opposed to the cheapest option). This company has a tightknit culture, where people are treated with high value and have strong relationships with colleagues. The founder started in the industry as a technician and worked his way up until starting his own firm… not just some financier who is ignorant about the craft.
- Report directly to the VPO and President/Founder. No red tape/bureaucracy.
- Virgin territory supported by existing national relationships with consulting firms and internal sales people. There is a blueprint for success here, as demonstrated by their thriving new NC and GA offices. Houston is an underserved area, and could be one of their biggest offices with the right division manager in place.
- Huge professional and income opportunities for whoever lands this role. This company is still in its first phase of growth.
- Compensation: Strong base salary (depends on experience), company vehicle, enhanced profit sharing bonus opportunities, 401k with 4% match and no vesting period. Company covers 50% of health benefits costs.

- Identify, solicit, develop and initiate targeted sales opportunities in the Houston market, and surrounding region.

- Estimate at times and execute field work.
- Understand budgets, coordinate and follow jobs from start to finish.
- Identify changes in scope of work and work with management team to create acceptable change orders.
- Direct field crews on-site.
- Complete and track all company required documents.
- Other tasks as needed

- Must be an excellent PM who understands how to run remediation projects from beginning to end.
- Must be comfortable with clients.
