Non-Travel Lead Superintendent – Charleston, SC

Our client, a top-10 general contractor in the Southeast, is seeking a Non-Travel Lead Superintendent to join their team in Charleston, South Carolina.

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead ground-up hotel and multifamily construction projects while staying local. As a Lead Superintendent, you will provide on-site supervision, field administration, and technical management. You will oversee Assistants, Foremen, subcontractors, and other construction personnel, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with a strong emphasis on safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of ground-up hotel and multifamily construction.
• Oversee on-site field operations, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Directly supervise and mentor Assistants, Foremen, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Skills and Qualifications:

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Proficiency in MS Project scheduling software.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Extensive experience managing ground-up hotel/multifamily projects from pre-construction through completion.
