Maintenance electrician: Day Shift
The maintenance electrician is tasked with maintaining all of the equipment in the facility.
The employee must be aware of all food safety protocols and how maintenance affects this program.
Performing their job safely and that product is produced with safety and quality in mind
Maintain a preventative maintenance log to ensure that all equipment cleaned and updated on a regular basis.
Chemical testing for the boiler. Tracking of water, gas, and electricity usage.
Adherence to proper protocols for routine and emergency work to ensure employee and product safety.
Support the warehouse and production staff during operation when mechanical issues arise.
Develop and execute PM sheets for equipment including frequency and description of PM, parts needed and cost.
Work off schedule for work orders and PM’s return to PM planner when completed.
Daily log of water intake and wastewater leaving the plant.
Basic Allen Bradley PLC knowledge, Advanced electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Manufacturing process understanding.
Stainless welding experience (Desired)
