Duties of the Production Scheduler include:

  • Analyzing data to find opportunities where performance and/or technical skills can continually improve
  • Create, monitor, analyze, plan, and execute daily production schedules
  • Be agile to respond to the immediate needs, while maintaining long-term vision
  • Work and coordination with production teams (operators, sales, production and material handling)
Qualifications for the position include:
  • 3+ yrs experience in Production Scheduling
  • Excellent organizational skills with the demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail, analyze information and initiate decision making.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills with an orientation towards continuous improvement

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field
  • Experience of MRP/ERP systems (e.g. Oracle)
  • Track record of continual growth and development
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes
