Our client is part of a 100 year old, $1.5+b/year, ENR top 100-ranked General Contractor headquartered in Chicago, IL.

They are searching for a PX to be instrumental in growing their food processing division. This isn’t about setting profit goals, but building a reputation as the best design-builder in the space. This hire will need to be a credible project leader in the F/B processing space. Currently, the team does about $200m/year, but they see HIGH growth potential.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Strong technical PM in F&B Process space, with understanding of cold storage as well.
• Strong reputation in the F&B processing industry.
• Grow and lead the team, which currently has 5-10 PMs.
• 14-18 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to BD, network, and market. Familiar with trade show / key industry event circuits.
• Willing to live, relocate, or commute/fly into Chicago 4 days/week in the first year at least.
• Ability to travel as needed to projects, trade shows, etc.
