Position Overview:
My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial and industrial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of project execution, from pre-construction to project closeout.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost control measures.
- Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiation, and contract administration.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions.
- Manage RFIs, change orders, and submittals to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular site visits and lead project meetings with stakeholders.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
