Project Manager – High-Rise & Hospitality Construction

About the Opportunity

A leading general contractor with a strong presence in the high-rise and hospitality sectors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on luxury hotels, mixed-use developments, and high-rise residential buildings, managing projects from preconstruction through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of high-rise and hospitality construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, including Assistant Project Managers and Engineers.
• Work closely with field teams and superintendents to maintain project timelines and resolve on-site challenges.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of commercial construction experience, with a focus on high-rise, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of structural concrete, façade systems, and MEP coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects in urban environments.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or other project management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
