We’re looking for an experienced Multifamily Project Manager to join a dynamic team specializing in both commercial and residential builds. As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring successful execution, efficient resource management, and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Teams: Manage field crews, ensuring safety, meeting milestones, and delivering high-quality results.
• Oversee Projects: Own the full project lifecycle—managing budgets, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring profitability.
• Problem-solving & Risk Mitigation: Identify potential issues early, develop proactive solutions, and adjust plans as needed.
• Communicate Effectively: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial/residential project management
• A degree or certification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Solid technical expertise and a proven track record of successful project delivery
