Commercial/Residential Project Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial/Residential Project Manager to join a team specializing in commercial and residential builds. The Project Manager is responsible for managing construction projects, scheduling resources, ensuring that budgets and timelines are met, and working closely with the Superintendent and Foremen to ensure the successful progress and completion of the project. This role is based in West Palm Beach, Florida.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Teams: Manage field crews, ensuring safety, meeting milestones, and delivering high-quality results.
• Oversee Projects: Own projects from start to finish, managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring profitability.
• Problem-solving & Mitigate Risks: Identify potential issues, develop solutions, and adjust plans proactively.
• Communicate Effectively: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, delivering regular updates and ensuring satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in commercial/residential project management
• A degree or certification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong technical expertise and experience
