We are hiring is building some of the most impressive luxury homes in the Telluride region—and we’re looking for a Project Manager who knows how to deliver at that level.

If you thrive in high-end residential construction, know how to lead from precon through punch, and want to be part of a tight-knit, high-performance team, we should talk.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing Projects from site prep through final finish

• Coordinating with clients, architects, supers, and subcontractors

• Driving schedules, budgets, and quality on multiple active jobs

• Working closely with the Montrose office while keeping boots on the ground in Telluride

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a residential or multifamily PM

• Experience with high-end finishes, tight sites, and discerning clients

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Someone who can stay calm, keep it moving, and solve problems fast

🔍 Bonus Points For:

• Experience with mountain builds, winter logistics, or Telluride’s permitting process

• Familiarity with Procore or similar project management platforms

• A passion for architecture, design, and craftsmanship
