Position: Project Manager
Industry: Multi-Family/Affordable Housing/Large Stick-Framed Housing

Key Requirements:

• Preference for candidates local to Columbus, though willingness to travel as needed is required.

• At least 5 years of experience in construction.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with owners, design teams, property staff, subcontractors, and tradespeople.

• Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in preparing accurate project estimates.

• Proficient in developing and maintaining construction schedules.

• Hands-on experience with large stick-framed housing projects.
