Quality Control Inspector

Our client is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor/Inspector in the Boise area.

Position Overview:
The QA/QC Inspector / Supervisor plans and conducts activities concerned with the quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products. The QA/QC Inspector / Supervisor will represent our client and its subcontractors for pipe and equipment installation, welding inspection and oversight of subcontractor installation and quality. The QA/QC Inspector / Supervisor will participate in the General Contractors project quality program documenting installation activities. The processes of receiving components, welding procedures, visual inspection program using certified Level II Visual inspectors or AWS Certified Welding Inspectors (CWI), passivation and system testing allow for only the highest quality in our client’s high purity department
Qualifications:
- Experience with ASME BPE standards and / or cGMP standards. CWI is a plus.
- Quality experience in high purity construction environments (biopharmaceutical R&D, semi-conductor manufacturing, etc.) is a plus.
- Quality experience supervising pipe and equipment installation, welding inspection and oversight of subcontractor installation.
Compensation / Benefits:
- People in this position can expect to make $50-$75/hr ($130-$150k) depending upon experience.
