Reliability Engineer


Duties / Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of reliability engineering principles and practices, as well as experience in industrial manufacturing.

The responsibilities of the Reliability Engineer will include but not limited to:

  • Identify and manage asset reliability risks
  • Develop and implement reliability improvement plans
  • Conduct root cause analysis of failures and develop action plans to prevent recurrence
  • Measure and monitor system reliability
  • Support the development and maintenance of system documentation
  • Develop standards and oversee equipment rebuilds to ensure proper materials and practices are followed
Qualifications for the position include:
  • 4-year in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Experience with reliability planning on heavy manufacturing equipment
  • Experience in process improvement through analytical analysis tools such as FEMA and Root Cause Analysis
