About the Role
Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead high-value heavy civil and wastewater treatment projects. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, driving project success, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale infrastructure projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control
• Ensure project compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
• Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in heavy civil or wastewater treatment plant projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record of managing large, complex projects from start to finish
• Experience with self-performing general contractors
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
