Please note that due to the design of this project experience and knowledge of multilevel concrete plank and masonry systems is required.

The salary range for this position is 150-200K with additional benefits based on travel needs, bonuses for building turns, and allowances for tech and vehicle. These will be negotiated at hiring, however. Estimated start date is October 2024.

Info on the Project: This project consists of (2) 5 story buildings on podiums, (3) 4 story Buildings and (1) 2 story carriage building consisting of 289 apartment units.
