Superintendent – High-Rise & Hospitality Construction

About the Opportunity

A leading general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage high-rise and hospitality construction projects. This role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee field operations, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project plans.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain productivity and project schedules.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, and owners to resolve construction challenges.
• Oversee self-perform work, including structural concrete, MEP coordination, and façade systems.
• Maintain daily reports, site meetings, and schedule updates to ensure efficient progress.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction experience, with a focus on high-rise, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
• Expertise in concrete structures, MEP systems, and curtain wall installations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Commitment to job site safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, or scheduling software is a plus.
