We are hiring a Superintendent to lead luxury custom home builds in Telluride—projects where craftsmanship matters, schedules are tight, and the clients expect nothing short of excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Running day-to-day site operations on multimillion-dollar custom homes

  • Managing subcontractors, enforcing quality and safety standards

  • Working with PMs, architects, and clients to keep things moving

  • Maintaining schedules, coordinating inspections, and ensuring flawless delivery

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in residential or commercial ground-up construction

  • Proven leadership on complex, high-end projects

  • Ability to read plans, manage timelines, and solve problems under pressure

  • A field-first mentality with an eye for detail and quality

Bonus If You’ve:

  • Built in mountain environments or worked in Telluride/Western Slope

  • Managed tight-access sites with custom architectural finishes

  • Used Procore, Buildertrend, or similar platforms
