What You’ll Do

1. Site Supervision

• Oversee all field activities on-site.

• Ensure work is done according to plans, specs, and quality standards.

• Monitor progress and solve day-to-day issues as they arise.

2. Scheduling and Coordination

• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to keep the project on schedule.

• Sequence activities logically to avoid delays or conflicts.

3. Safety Enforcement

• Enforce site safety rules and OSHA regulations.

• Conduct safety meetings and inspections regularly.

4. Communication

• Act as the main point of contact between the field and the project manager.

• Communicate with clients, inspectors, and other stakeholders.

5. Inspections and Quality Control

• Inspect work for quality and compliance with plans and codes.

• Coordinate third-party inspections and address punch list items.

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in construction, with experience on Healthcare and/or Hospitality projects.

  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, P6, Bluebeam, etc.).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Passion for delivering quality construction projects safely and efficiently.
