About the Opportunity

A leading general contractor specializing in wastewater treatment plant construction is seeking a skilled Superintendent to oversee field operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage crews, ensure safety compliance, and drive successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and owners to address challenges and maintain project schedules.
• Ensure proper execution of self-perform work, including concrete, piping, and mechanical installations.
• Maintain daily reports, conduct site meetings, and provide leadership for problem-solving on-site.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in wastewater treatment plant projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil, mechanical, and concrete scopes within water/wastewater projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Strong commitment to job site safety and OSHA compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.
