Summary: Our Client is a well respected GC in the Manitowoc market, looking to bring on a superintendent to their team! The construction superintendent brings projects to life by supervising several projects at different locations throughout Manitowoc, Sheboygan and the Lakeshore area. Requires experience in project scheduling, field supervision, safety regulations, and technical construction knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise project execution and manage field personnel.
• Maintain project schedules and manage risks.
• Resolve on-site issues and act as a technical coach.
• Assist with project training, estimations, and equipment management.
• Oversee project close-outs and procurement.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of field experience or trade journeyman in commercial/industrial construction.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Wisconsin codes, safety programs, estimating/spreadsheet programs, and structural steel experience.

Skills:

• Multitasking, communication, problem-solving, and detailed construction knowledge.
