Superintendent – Commercial/Institutional Construction

A well-established, Ohio-based general contractor is seeking a skilled Superintendent to lead field operations on institutional, commercial, or light industrial projects throughout Central Ohio. This is a local position—no travel required.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily field operations and ensure adherence to schedule, safety, and quality standards
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections
• Act as the on-site leader, working closely with the PM and client team
• Lead jobsite meetings and ensure timely issue resolution

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or institutional construction
• Experience with public, education, or industrial projects a plus
• Ability to read blueprints, manage subcontractors, and keep jobs moving
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
