A well-established commercial general contractor, recognized among the ENR Top 400 Contractors, is seeking a qualified Superintendent II to join their team in Jacksonville, Florida. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with proven leadership experience in large-scale Higher Education construction projects.

Key Qualifications:

• Stable work history (no more than three employers in the last ten years).

• Strong background working with commercial general contractors.

• Experience serving as Lead Superintendent on at least two ground-up or large-scale renovation projects in the Higher Education sector, each valued at $30 million or more.
