About the Role
Our client is searching for an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations for heavy civil and wastewater treatment plant projects. You will ensure that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all field activities, including labor, materials, and equipment
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and field crews to meet project goals
• Manage on-site safety, quality control, and inspections
• Resolve any field issues and maintain clear communication between teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in heavy civil or wastewater treatment plant projects
• Proven ability to manage field operations for large-scale infrastructure projects
• Experience with self-performing general contractors
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
