He earned a bachelor’s degree in History from Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio.

Read joined ZSG in 2018. Prior to recruiting, Read worked as a marketing account executive. He sold promotional merchandise and packaging solutions to professional sports franchises, including many NFL teams.
