We are seeking a Production Superintendent to oversee operations in our Hot Mill production center within the Rolling Department. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping operational success and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Championing Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives to ensure a safe and compliant workplace
• Driving productivity improvements and employee development through inclusive leadership
• Implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing principles, including Daily Management, TPM, and 5S
• Ensuring consistent execution of policies and systems to meet customer expectations with an emphasis on safety, quality, and cost-efficiency

About You:

• Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing or process industry; union experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field
• Strong communicator with the ability to build positive relationships at all organizational levels
• Adaptive, influential leader who values and promotes diversity and inclusion
• Committed to developing, empowering, and engaging team members
• Forward-thinking with a passion for continuous improvement (Hoshin planning experience a plus)
• Skilled in project management, meeting cost and schedule targets
• Proficient in problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, ISO, Six Sigma is a strong plus
• Preferred experience includes knowledge of metal rolling processes, environmental regulations, and standards-based operating procedures
