About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our Central Engineering Team. In this role, you will support maintenance and production teams by implementing equipment, system, and process improvements. You will also collaborate with third-party engineering partners to help drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Support maintenance efforts through technical solutions and system improvements

• Coordinate activities with external engineering contractors

• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation

• Provide guidance from feasibility studies to final testing and implementation

• Define equipment requirements based on engineering standards and technologies

• Conduct inspections and develop equipment maintenance plans

• Monitor and report on project schedules and budgets

• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for project stakeholders

• Automate data collection and reporting where possible

• Maintain process documentation and support internal compliance

• Contribute to safety investigations and continuous improvement initiatives

• Support optimization of equipment cost, quality, and performance

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 2 years of industrial experience

• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and RCM practices

• Experience with planning, inventory, operations research, or project management

• Familiarity with predictive maintenance tools and analysis

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)

• Preferred: Experience with SAP and AutoCAD
