Marisa Horton is the Vice President of Operations for ZSG. She is passionate about ZSG’s training and onboarding program, ensuring new hires can enjoy a long successful career in the recruiting industry with ZSG. Marisa is extremely proud of ZSG’s growth in her time with the such as watching the team double in size in less than 4 years and be included in the Fast 50 list by Columbus Business First two years in a row.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Denison University in Granville, Ohio.

Marisa joined ZSG in 2020 as the Marketing & Recruiting Manager. She was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2022. Prior to joining ZSG, she worked in recruiting and marketing in the business services and hospitality sectors.
