We’re partnering with a well-established and growing general contractor seeking an experienced Multifamily Construction Superintendent to lead the field execution of large-scale apartment and mixed-use residential projects. What You’ll Do

• Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, safety, and quality control
• Drive project schedules and ensure milestone achievement
• Foster strong relationships with project teams, clients, and trade partners
• Maintain a safe, productive, and organized jobsite

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent on multifamily, mixed-use, or large commercial construction projects
• Strong scheduling, coordination, and leadership skills
