Ben is a Vice President and current Practice Leader of the Manufacturing Team at ZSG. His specialty is recruiting high-performing sales talent across various industrial sectors, with a particular expertise in the metals and pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) industries. Ben’s sales recruiting work spans both distribution and manufacturing environments, where he is a trusted partner to companies seeking growth-oriented talent.

While Ben focuses on sales, his team successfully recruits for a wide range of roles across the industrial manufacturing sector—including technical, engineering, accounting, finance, human resources, and IT positions—providing clients with comprehensive talent solutions tailored to their specific needs.

In addition to his current focus, Ben has deep experience in the construction industry. He previously served as a leader for ZSG’s construction practice, where he worked closely with general contractors across the building, heavy civil, and renewable/solar energy construction markets.

With over a decade of recruiting experience, Ben is a proven resource to companies across both the manufacturing and construction sectors. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Ben began his career at ZSG in 2012 as an intern and was promoted to Vice President in 2022, subsequently appointed as Practice Leader in 2024.
