Ben Zambito
Ben is a Vice President & Practice Leader on the Construction & Manufacturing Teams with ZSG. With over a decade of experience, Ben is a sought-after recruiting partner for reputable companies in the manufacturing and construction industries. His focus is on recruiting excellent candidates for the metals and steel industry as well as general contractors in the building, heavy civil, and renewable/solar energy construction markets.
Ben earned a Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
He started with ZSG in 2012 as an intern. Ben was promoted to Vice President in 2022 and promoted to Practice Leader in 2024.
