Jim Globokar
Jim Globokar is Vice President on the construction team at ZSG. He leads recruiting operations for the Great Lakes region, Tennessee, and Alabama. He is highly skilled at matching in-demand professionals with career-enhancing opportunities with leading general contractors. Jim prides himself on building relationships and establishing trust with both his clients and his recruits as he guides them through the recruitment process.
Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University. Prior to joining ZSG, Jim spent 4 years in the mortgage industry and 11 years in education.
He joined ZSG in August 2022. Jim quickly ascended through the training program and was promoted to Account Executive within his first year. He now heads up several territories as a proven recruiting expert sought after by top general contractors to elevate their talent pool.
