We’re partnering with a well-established full-service multifamily developer that is expanding its Columbus team and looking to add an experienced Lead Project Manager.

In this role, you’ll oversee the planning and execution of ground-up multifamily developments from preconstruction through project completion, leading project teams while ensuring schedules, budgets, quality, and client expectations are exceeded.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Ground-up multifamily construction experience
• Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
