The Role

As Traveling Superintendent, you will oversee all field operations for hotel renovation projects from mobilization through closeout, working directly with ownership groups, hotel operations teams, and project management to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, on budget, and to brand standard.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with a focus on hotel renovation/repositioning projects
  • Familiarity with major hotel brand standards and PIP requirements (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, or similar)
  • Proven ability to manage occupied-property renovations with minimal guest disruption
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and phased construction in live environments
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating between GC, ownership, and hotel operations teams
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
