Position Summary

The Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has experience managing K-12 schools, municipal facilities, or other public-sector projects and is comfortable leading multiple stakeholders through all phases of construction.

Projects are primarily located throughout Eastern, Central, and Southeastern Pennsylvania, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates living in the Reading, Greater Philadelphia, Main Line, Delaware County, Chester County, Montgomery County, Berks County, Lancaster, Lebanon, Harrisburg, or surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from award through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Lead project meetings and maintain proactive communication with all project stakeholders.
• Review contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor project financial performance and subcontractor progress.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule expectations.
• Utilize Procore for project management, documentation, and communication.
• Partner closely with field leadership to successfully deliver complex commercial projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that lead to repeat business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience delivering K-12 educational facilities, municipal buildings, or other public construction projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Procore.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and project teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Multi-prime construction experience is highly desirable.
• Must be able to successfully pass background checks required to work on occupied school campuses and other secure public facilities.
