Branch Manager

Compensation: $55,000–$70,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Benefits

We’re looking for a Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Dayton location. This role is ideal for an experienced Branch Manager, Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager ready for the next step, or Operations Manager looking to take ownership of a business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the daily operations of the branch
• Supervise and develop a small team
• Ensure outstanding customer service
• Manage inventory, shipping, and receiving
• Process customer orders and support sales activities
• Open and close the branch as the primary keyholder
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient operation
• Help drive branch performance and achieve sales goals
