Industrial Electrician / Maintenance Electrician

Industry: Heavy Industrial Manufacturing

Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance on industrial machinery and automation systems
• Troubleshoot and repair high-voltage systems, motors, and drives (AC/DC)
• Work with PLC controls (Allen-Bradley / RSLogix preferred)
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Diagnose issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and test equipment
• Work safely in a fast-paced, industrial environment

🎯 Qualifications

• 3+ years industrial electrician experience (manufacturing or heavy industry preferred)
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with motors, drives, control circuits, and automation
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings & schematics
• Basic hydraulic & pneumatic understanding
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, reliability

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Controls, EET, or related field
• Journeyman Electrician license or military technical training (Navy Nukes encouraged to apply)
• Experience with RSLogix/Allen-Bradley PLCs
