Electrical Technician

We’re partnering with an established manufacturing company to hire an Electrical Technician for a production facility near Huntington, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems to maximize equipment uptime.
• Work as part of a collaborative maintenance team in a heavy industrial environment.
• Follow all safety procedures while supporting production operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.
• Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• $45–$50/hour
• Annual earnings of approximately $110,000–$140,000 before bonuses.
• End-of-year profit-sharing bonus averaging 22% over the past five years.
