An Fortune 100 steel manufacturer in Lewisville, TX is hiring multiple experienced Maintenance Technicians to support production operations, improve equipment reliability, and help expand a growing maintenance team. What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You will work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime, complete preventative maintenance, and support continuous improvement across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Diagnose equipment failures and perform corrective maintenance
• Support PLC troubleshooting and controls maintenance
• Work with Allen Bradley systems when applicable
• Perform preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliability
• Support plant safety procedures and maintain a safety-first mindset
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to keep operations running efficiently
• Contribute to downtime reduction, process improvement, and equipment uptime goals

What We’re Looking For

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, sensors, and industrial equipment
• PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
• Allen Bradley controls experience strongly preferred
• Strong safety mindset and reliable work ethic
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work well in a plant environment
• Leadership potential and a positive culture fit

Shift Options

1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays.

Compensation

$42–$48/hour, with expected annual earnings of approximately $95,000–$120,000, plus profit-sharing bonus. Final compensation will depend on experience, shift, overtime, and bonus payout.

Interview Process

Candidates can expect an on-site panel interview and a technical assessment during the visit. Flexible scheduling may be available for separate assessments if needed.
