ZSG is partnered with a leading Cincinnati area Commercial General Contractor. They are seeking a talented Project Engineer to join their team.

Construction Project Engineer

The Construction Project Engineer supports the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role works closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
• Track project progress and help resolve issues in the field
• Support quality control and safety compliance efforts
• Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 1–4 years of construction experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
