We are looking for a construction Project Manager. 

 Things we are looking for:

• College Degree (Construction Management or Engineering highly preferred) 
• Ground-Up multifamily PE/APM experience – start to finish
• Experience with project buyout & managing project financials – this is step one when the project starts, so this experience will be important in having an impact.
