A nationally recognized design-build construction firm is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing Salt Lake City team. The Project Manager will play a key role in managing projects from preconstruction through closeout while working closely with clients, superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and internal project teams. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontract agreements, and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with field operations teams to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract documents.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review project drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Track project costs and identify opportunities to improve project performance.
• Lead project meetings with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules and proactively address potential delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Support project closeout activities, including punch lists, turnover documentation, and final project reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of construction project management, project engineering, or related commercial construction experience.
• Experience working on commercial, industrial, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, office, retail, or similar construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, contracts, scheduling, and project controls.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Design-build project experience.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing project budgets.
• Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or large-scale commercial projects.
• Knowledge of scheduling software and project management platforms.
