We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager in the Cincinnati area. Our client is a well-establish Cincinnati commercial General Contractor with blue collar roots and one of the finest teams in the Ohio valley.

This is a full-cycle commercial construction Project Manager role. You will lead construction projects ranging high-end corporate office build outs and historic renovations to large ground-up complex, technical construction projects in highly specialized environments (Data Centers). This requires strong documentation discipline, subcontractor leadership, tight cost control and strong PROCORE experience.

What You’ll Own

• Full project lifecycle management from kickoff to closeout

• Budget development, forecasting, and cost control

• Schedule creation and active schedule management

• Subcontractor coordination and performance oversight

• Client communication and expectation management

• Change order management

• Project documentation inside Procore

• Participation in design reviews and constructability discussions

• Safety oversight and compliance

• Protection of project margins
