We’re working with a well-established Indianapolis area commercial construction firm looking to add a Senior Superintendent.

This is an opportunity for a proven field leader who enjoys taking ownership of large, complex projects and leading teams from groundbreaking through completion — without having to live on the road.

The company’s project portfolio spans across large Commercial, Industrial, K-12 Educational, Government/Municipal and Civil projects. They are offering an industry leading compensation package. LOCAL WORK.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all field operations on major commercial construction projects.
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, schedules, safety, quality, and daily field activities.
• Partner closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Provide leadership and direction to Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and field personnel.
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule, quality, or budget.
• Maintain a high standard of safety, craftsmanship, and project execution.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with strong Superintendent experience.
• Proven experience leading $20M+ projects.
• Background in one or more of the following: Commercial, Industrial, K-12 Educational, Government/Municipal or other complex construction.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, subcontractor management, safety, and quality control.
• Confident field leader who can communicate effectively with owners, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Indianapolis-area based or willing to make the move to Indianapolis.
