We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent with a proven track record delivering senior living, assisted living, and memory care projects.

In this role, you’ll oversee all field operations, manage subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality from groundbreaking through turnover.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
• Hands-on experience building senior living, assisted living, and/or memory care communities
• Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction
