Ben Zambito is a Vice President and Practice Leader of ZSG’s Manufacturing Team. He leads a recruiting practice serving companies throughout industrial manufacturing, distribution, and automation—from closely held businesses and growing middle-market organizations to some of North America’s largest manufacturers.

Ben and his team recruit across the functions that drive industrial businesses, including executive leadership, operations, engineering, maintenance and reliability, sales and commercial leadership, supply chain, quality and metallurgy, EHS, finance, and human resources. Their work spans positions ranging from high-impact individual contributors and frontline leaders to plant, divisional, and corporate executives.

While Ben has particularly deep roots in the metals and pre-engineered metal building industries, his experience has expanded across a broad range of manufacturing and distribution environments, including industrial automation and systems integration, fabricated products, building products, heavy equipment, and other engineered industrial markets. Clients rely on Ben for his practical understanding of industrial talent markets, direct and consultative approach, and ability to identify high-performing candidates who are rarely reached through traditional job advertising.
