Ben is a Vice President & Practice Leader with ZSG.  With over a decade of experience, Ben is a sought-after recruiting partner for the most reputable companies in various industries. Ben’s work in manufacturing is centered around packaging, plastics, and chemicals, with the expertise to pivot to other verticals within industrial manufacturing as well.  His construction practice has focused on recruiting excellent candidates for general contractors, engineering companies, and leaders in the renewable energy space.  His specialty is placing mid-career up to C-level individuals in technical, sales, management, engineering, operations, and finance & accounting positions.

Ben earned a Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. He started with ZSG in 2012 as an intern and was promoted to Vice President in 2022.
