Max Zambito is Outplacement Practice Leader and Vice President with ZSG. As Vice President of our Construction Team, he specializes in recruiting professionals to join leading commercial general contractors.

In his role as Outplacement Practice Leader, Max supports individuals navigating career transitions. Leveraging years of experience in executive search and industry-specific recruitment, he provides hands-on coaching, career guidance, and placement support to help professionals quickly find meaningful new opportunities.

Max joined ZSG full-time in 2017 after a successful internship, and quickly advanced through leadership roles—becoming Vice President of the Construction Practice in 2021. In 2025, he launched ZSG’s outplacement program.
