Andrey Bratulin is Vice President on the construction team at ZSG. He specializes in connecting top-performing construction professionals with leading general contractors. Andrey specializes in Federal Construction nationwide and works with commercial and specialty contractors in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX, Cincinnati, OH and Denver, CO. He primarily recruits Project Managers, Quality Control Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and Project Engineers.

Andrey joined ZSG in July 2022 as a Sales Development Representative and quickly stood out for his work ethic and success in tackling difficult searches. He was promoted to Recruiter and then Senior Recruiter within his first year, followed by a promotion to Account Executive in June 2023. In 2025, Andrey was named Vice President, a title earned through consistent performance, leadership, and delivering outstanding results for his clients.
